Thriving With Herpes

A San Diego area psychotherapy group

for men and women with genital herpes

In the United States, an estimated 40 to 50 million people have genital herpes. For many people having herpes carries a tremendous stigma, and has a significant impact on their self-image, self-esteem and relational functioning. These psychotherapy groups offer participants an opportunity to:

join other people who have genital herpes, and in a private, safe, and confidential therapy group setting, gain information, and explore what it means to live with the virus.
understand how to integrate herpes into a life of sexual and relational health.
learn how to come to terms with genital herpes, and how to live life fully, and thrive, as someone who has it.

Each group is limited to 7 members
